Ten years later on the 1930 Census document, Clinton K. is listed as a plasterer/contractor with a wife named “Mary”. Cecil, Marion and Vernon were their dependents. Clinton K. is also listed as having been a veteran of the “S.A.” War. No census codes match this. The closest one is the Spanish-American War (1898). He would have been 21 years old at the time.
